The creativity of this thread is amazing. Lets see, who has the worst record in the SEC right now, Miss State, ok then the answer must be Croom. Croom would have different results if he was in a different situation. Miss State is a very difficult job. Croom is a good football coach. Pose the question this way: "If every coach in the SEC was placed into identical circumstances, then which coach in the SEC would have the worst results?"
I think the answer would be close between Petrino and Miles. Miles gets too much credit. He came into an amazing situation and it continues to be a 'great job' where he has tons to work with. He is a sub-par coach who reaps the benefits of his situation. Under the above criteria, I think Fulmer is probably next on that list.
My list of best-to-worst (placed in identical situations):
Saban
Richt
Johnson
Spurrier
Tubberville
Nutt
Brooks
Croom
Fulmer
Miles
Petrino
