I can somewhat agree with this. It would be nice to not get blown out in any of the underdog contests. When it comes to getting the upset, I want that win in the swamp badly.
Yeah, really.

It depends.
Will tennessee sign some players that can contribute? Yeah. Will the people they sign all be worthy of a D1 scholarship? Yeah.
Are they going to sign a class ranked in the top half of the SEC? I don't think so.
Are they going to sign a class that a championship team is built around? I don't think so.

I'm a little bit concerned that the vols find themselves recruiting against Cincy,Troy, east carolina and other bottom feeders for players. One of our commits doesn't have any stars. Who did we beat out for him? Pennsicola state technical school for the def and blind? I do hope that you guys are right and that there is nothing to worry about.
Not worried now at all. Commitments this early have a tendancy to decommit later on. Now if we get to November and December with low numbers, then I'll worry. I also think there may some who are really leaning toward the Vols that are waiting to see the
Completely agree with your assessment. No post season ban and at the most a reduction of 2 scholarships doesn't hurt recruiting much. If we go 1-3 to start season that's going to hurt or finish less than 7-5 that's going to hurt some to.
