Lane leaving the way he did was a major embarrassment that set the program back years. Going from Kiffin to rejection after rejection in a search that ended with Dooley was absolutely demoralizing.

Lane set the program back for 15 years and probably cost us a few titles.

The other two are cliff notes at best.

He set us back one year. Everything that followed after he left is why we went in the toilet.

Penn State and Baylor were back in action almost immediately because they didn’t repeatedly let idiots hire other idiots.

My vote would go to To’oTo’o. He left the Vols to go to our biggest rival. Not sure if he had to leave with the investigation going on though.

Lane really stung, but he went to his dream job and it wasn’t in the SEC.

Nico, it stinks to lose the experience and what could have been, but he struggled and our offense struggled last year in the passing game. This one doesn’t really bother me, especially with the circumstances of his group.
