Which one of these coaches would you rather have hired?

Pruitt never wanted to be here and was only here for the paycheck and yo try and use UT as a stepping stone to get the Bama job when Saban retires. Case in point, we hire him and he stays on at Bama to coach in the championship game. All those players that left after he was fired did so b/c they committed to a coach, not to the idea of rebuilding UT into something great.
At no time ever, has Pruitt been thought of as a replacement for Saban whenever he retires. None. We're the only power 5 that would have hired that dumb hilljack. Just like we were the only power 5 that would hire a guy for the AD job that was fired as a head coach. Only someone as unqualified as Fulmer would have hired someone as unqualified as Pruitt

Why do we always do this? We are the most irrational, entitled, better-win-the-East-in-year-one-or-you-suck bunch of douchebags in college football.

You can’t come into the season with 5-7/6-6 expectations and then get mad when our first two games show us heading in that direction.

But sure, let’s fire Heupel after year 1 and expect a big name coach to show up. I’m sure coaches are attracted to programs where no sort of job security exists.

I was saying that Pruitt saw the UT job as a stepping stone. He’s an idiot so it makes sense why he would think that.
