Again, there's no one worth supporting at this time so none worth defending. I still have a real interest in who the potus is though.

I always vote though and don't see you calling out others who say they don't.

I'm not calling anyone out. I'm just exploring your stand and thought process.
Since I asked you, does that now mean I have to ask everyone else? JFYI, I'm not interested in everyone else, at least at the moment. Does that mean I have to stop interacting with you until I do?

Just look at all the people living in tents because of high taxes and outrageous living expenses. I like to take a hard look at what is working and what is not working. It's pretty damn evident--if you don't have blinders on. Disclaimer: I am not a Republican,. They have plenty of issues that I disagree with.

Both sides are guilty of this as well. Obamacare, Medicaid, food stamps, etc. Democrats are handing that stuff out like candy, especially to illegals just for votes.

Uh, you're the one who brought up spending in response to my post about taxes. I never said a word about dems spending until you responded to me about republicans.

No they admit that they don't vote at all yet participate in here. Seems lots of party hacks calling out anyone who dares nor join the red/blue team when those who do nothing are worse imo

You asked about dems and taxes. Taxes and spending are pretty connected don't you think? The right loves to celebrate tax cuts while ignoring the spending side. Eventually someone will be forced to pay and how do you think that happens?

I think both sides waste money. I think both sides chose horrible candidates. Regardless of spending, I do not think if you make more money, that you somehow owe me for not earning it. That's my point. Yes, the tax rate should be fair, I'm talking about people literally feeling entitled to other people's money aside from the government, cause they screw us all.

You can't discuss Taxes without spending. If you want a "fair" tax rate 🙄 you need to decrease spending. People spending more than they take in also feel entitled to your money since they don't have to pay it back - we do. Running trillion dollar deficits and sparking up a new war means they want/need more of your money whether you realize it or not

You have your reasons and I understand them after exchanging posts with you. Not saying wrong or right, good or bad, just that I understand.

There are no easy answers and it's easy to be critical, but that is not a solution, is it?

No one is honestly willing to deal with the debt/deficit, on that we can we, at least, agree? For myself, not that anyone asked, I don't think there will be anyone who does until it becomes an immediate crisis, like a lot of other problems that we face. By then it will be too little, too late.

Impeachment should have been initiated with Mueller’s report and the 10 Obstruction of Justice charges outlined and you all dismiss as acceptable behavior. It wasn’t. OK.

So then he follows Putin’s lead and tries to revise history and claim it was Ukraine and not Russia who meddled acts out successfully to get himself impeached. You guys can’t see each and every time he gets away with something he ups the ante
