I learned from this post that he's still around. Last I heard of him, he had been canned from a third-tier radio station in Chattanooga. This hack has been on a tear this week with four consecutive negative articles about Tennessee football. Today, he said Vols have a "staff of expendables." I guess he thinks he must work for CNN, Fox News, or the New York Times rather than a sports blog in eastern Tennessee. What a joke!

What’s wrong is you actually give him credit by listening to him. This hack has been on a tear this week with four consecutive negative articles about Tennessee football. Don't listen to him, but I wonder if his take is all that ridiculous? Remove those orange tinted glasses and you might find he's closer to being over the target than you think. This hack has been on a tear this week with four consecutive negative articles about Tennessee football. Not you, Cavput, but people who share your mindset are the reason hacks like this guy and Caleb Calhoun stay in their nasty little niches.Don't listen to him, but I wonder if his take is all that ridiculous? Don't know Hooker's usual tone, but the way our OL and WR groups have performed since '22 would have anyone wondering about the folks evaluating, recruiting and coaching those positions. Doubt Hooker makes the kind of money plumbers do BTW.Not you, Cavput, but people who share your mindset are the reason hacks like this guy and Caleb Calhoun stay in their nasty little niches.
A thousand people can tell them their viewpoints and their writing suck, and they ought to get into a different line of business. But just four people telling them they're "over the target" and that's enough positive reinforcement that they never do the smart thing and become a plumber.
Go Vols!
Actually nice to see for once some members of the media actually being critical and not just a propandist for the university. Heupel refused to upgrade his coaching staff in the offseason, after getting embarrassed by Ohio State in the post-season.Don't listen to him, but I wonder if his take is all that ridiculous? Yes. “Check it out.” Ignore the guy like everyone else has and he will go away. Most every radio and media outlet knows he’s irrelevant. Why can’t our fans figure that out.HIs website is OfftheHook sports. Check it out. Not all but a lot of their articles are hatchet jobs. There is one on there about Pearce and another about McCoy's injury and after reading it you would think the D is totally doomed next season and cannot stop anyone. The website should be renamed OvertheTop sports. Some of their takes are ridiculous.
