He had a radio appearance in Knoxville earlier this week that didn’t sound great and was cut off abruptly. Sad to see this is the follow up.

Well, that is terrible. Though I never had a DUI, I probably deserved one sometime. It is also an indicator that there are underlying problems there. Gave up the booze last year after I thought about all the stupid things I said while under the influence. Good luck to Hooker.

He acts like he's on pills. Could be that and if so, you don't need much to drink to get pretty inebriated.
