Correction, I played sports all the way into college and you never do stupid crap that can injure the players. "Player 1 sure looks good dunking into the trash can too bad he tore is ACL in the process". These guys are elite athletes, they should not need a gimmick to get hyped! Could be you never played sports for the love of the game.

It is when the topic is uniforms but I guess letting them have fun with something else is wrong. The hypocrisy on here is mind numbing some times

Maybe we should lock them up and not let them walk on campus or go to class or practice or go out to eat or go to the bathroom or walk up a flight of stairs or stand on the benches and wave the towels to get the fans up ... yep make them sit down on their seats at all times and not show any emotion whatsoever so they don't hurt themselves.

They can hold up a championship belt, and that gimmick is not a joke like a trash can.. Sabah has proven championships and can do that, we jus have a champion of life and so forth.. but whatever makes you feel better about a trash can..

There's no difference in the purpose of trash can and the belt. Lie to yourself if it makes you feel better

The players seemed to enjoy it so what is the harm? No one has explained that yet
