We've got 2 gone, 2 more trying to leave. I don't think I've ever witnessed this type of turnover with a new coach before. Does this seem odd to anyone? Or are our coaches just so damn good that people want them? Is loyalty really only greenbacks deep?

I mean I get it. I just feel like we're getting cleaned out. I don't even want to fathom the implications for next year. We need this staff and their system to jell for our kids. How can this happen if every rockstar we hire is one-n-done?
This.2 have left. You don't know that 2 are trying to leave, it has been rumored they MAY be CONSIDERED for other jobs. They haven't expressed interest that we know of, interviewed or anything. CLT will likely stay with a pay increase, but offering a step up and pay is a good thing. CJC may go back to the NFL but I doubt it. Florida has lost 7 coaches in 2 years. It happens everywhere. When you are on a staff you should aspire to move up. Unless you have a bad team or coaches, people are going to want them.

I was under the impression this crew wanted to achieve great things together. My mistake for not realizing they just wanted more personal exposure for themselves and increase their marketability.
Lessons learned...
2 possible theories for me... The Saban Theory, where everybody takes other jobs that are at least equal because of the A-hole boss (hopefully not the case). And the theory that these guys were already really good and we were lucky to have them all for one year at the sime time.
Theory number 3: Your on the Titanic , it just struck an iceberg. Now is not the time to invest in learning how to be the captain of a sinking ship.
Solution: Find that lifeboat, and just slowly, paddle away.
