I wouldn't say famous but notable. I was at the 1997 Winston 500 in Talladega that went CAUTION Free and was won by Mark Martin with Dale Earnhardt 2nd.

My favorite picture in my office - My Dad had 2 tickets to game 6 of the 1995 World Series. When the Braves went up 3-2, he decided not to go because he wanted both of his kids to have the chance to possibly see a once in a lifetime moment . . . and we did. 1) 1994 Super Bowl in Atlanta. Got to see my Cowboys beat the Bills with Alvin Harper having a big day.

2) 1980 Canada Cup (now the World Cup) with Canada beating the Russians at the old Montreal Forum. Gretzsky was a 19 year old and Guy Lafleur was finishing up his career. Also Mike Bossy and several other stars from the dominant New York Islanders were on that team. Canada won the game 8-3 in what was a phenomenal atmosphere. Oh, and the great Scotty Bowman was the coach of that team.
