People who talk about dieting 9 times out of 10 are fat azzes who need to hit a gym.
Hit a gym 6 days a week for an hour and you no longer will need to worry about your diet. Your body will handle it for you.
i have a 4 yr old from thurs to sunday. most people cant go to the gym every day and diet is important, maybe even more so, if you are doing that much training..
