What does Fulmer do now?

How about he drives 100 miles South to Chattanooga and put's the UTC Moc's football back on the map. Or maybe more accurately, on the map for the first time. That would make my day.

This just in -

Fulmer named new compliance officer at the university of alabama! Entire staff ousted within minutes of appointment!

From what I understand, Fulmer is going to receive the full buyout. If this is the case, he more than likely will not be given an AD job at the University.

Becomes OLC at BAMA. States he is so pissed off at the TN athletics dept. and university that he finally realized that his blood is crimson and that he would do anything to get revenge for the injustice he has just endured.:)

I personaly don't see him coaching elsewhere but who would have thought we would have seen Brett Favre in a Jets uni or Joe Montana in a Chiefs? In this day and age, anything can happen.

Once again, WMUNC fan, look above.

That's you're long list? :eek:lol: One arrest for battery that resulted in ZERO prison time and from a player that I already stated was low-grade garbage? IMPRESSIVE! Thanks for proving what a laughing stock you are.

I think everyone who is a true vols fan should show the man the respect he deserves. It takes a lot of guts to do what he did today and sit up there and do a final press conf, anyone who don't think this man loves this team and school in general just needs to watch that press conf, he almost broke down several times. I have nothing but respect for him and I thank him for his dedication and loyalty to this university.

I hope he stays with the volunteers in some capacity until he retires. His record and accomplishments speak for themselves, there are only two other active coaches in the nation with winning resumes better than his. I just hope we don't find 3-5 years from now that he was not the problem, it will kind of be like sending a innocent man to the gas chamber. The man and his family gave a big part of their lives to this University so lets stop with the cheap shots and jokes, he has showed nothing but class and we should show him the same.

I think he will coach again. It looked like alot of bad blood between CPF and MH sitting at the table. Heck he could pull a Houston Nutt and be down at Auburn next year, or Clemson.

You people still making Fulmer jokes are about as sad as they come. You are an embarrassment to this football program and its fans. Show some freaking class, this is not Alabama.

Whatever he does I wish him luck. He was the coach for the majority of my life, and it will be hard to see him go. The time had come to shake things up, and I hope UT recovers quickly.

Phil will go on to be the coach at UT Chattanooga....he will still be apart of the UT family...not far from home and in charge of a football program that has just fired the head coach and is in need of turning around without all the pressure of being in the national spotlight.
