Sorry, it had swiss cheese and the guy I work with doesn't like tomatoes and they had some diced tomatoes on his chimichanga so I put them on my sammich. It was quite tasty. It was a Mexican restaurant but they had a separate Cuban menu. It is a new thing there.That's a Cuban, but you (or whoever made it for you) forgot the swiss cheese. I added sliced homegrown maters to mine to make it juicier. :good!:
