Last night we had seared tuna, jasmin rice with white wine, lime, & cilantro, & a homemade version of Columbia Restaurant's 1905 salad.
I was going to just use my Weber Q for the seared tuna, but as it was heating up I ran out of propane. So I used the Looftlighter (http://www.looftlighter.com/) and fired up the BGE and seared them on it. Worked out well except my wife went a little overboard on the wasabi she mixed into the soy sauce. Sinuses are now clear!
