Cooked the strips last night differently. Seasoned with Olive Oil and Sea Salt. Cooked in a cast iron skillet. Olive oil in skillet on high until it starts smoking. 3 minuets on each side. They came out medium rare. The high temp sealed the juices and flavor in. Crispy outside and delicious med rare on inside. It may have been the best steak I have ever had. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of grilling. Highly recommend.
