I don't know if I've ever eaten it.
I buy the stuff in a bag. It's pre-washed, pre-cut. Tonight I tossed it in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Roasted it on a sheet pan in the oven for about 15 minutes. It's not a real strong flavor, but it's definitely different. Holds up really well in soups too.
