copycat Chick Fil A Grilled chicken on wheat bread with chipotle sauce and provolone cheese. Side salad and mixed veggies to tag along.

That's what we're having tomorrow night. I actually like them better with ground chicken.

I like chicken, but I'm a beef guy. I may try this ground chicken soon.

I like taking boneless/skinless thighs and/or breast and get them going with a little salt & pepper. Sliver up an onion or 2 and add a little crushed garlic. When the onion gets translucent add a jar of your favorite salsa. Simmer and until you can shred the chicken with a pair of forks. Let the sauce thicken a little...best chicken tacos ever.

I add cumin and hot pepper seasonings, a little cilantro, a little garlic and sometimes I put shrimp in too.

That sounds good.

I'd have to leave out the salt, but that sounds really good.

Brown gravy with onion, drizzled over Salisbury steak and golden potatoes, and asparagus spears sautéed in butter.
