What did you have for dinner II?

You all can thank me in advance, but with turkey day coming up, our old fashioned cajun stuffed turkey is a must try:

1. Get a Turkey
2. With a paring knife "stab" deep slots all over the turkey
3. Finely dice onion and green pepper and garlic. A pretty good pile. Use jarlic if you wish. Season with salt, black pepper, cayene, paprika and a few dashes of hot sauce and mix well.
4. Fully stuff each hole with mixture.
5. Roast as normal.
6. Your Welcome.

I use a small spoon to open the holes up for stuffing. Makes it easier.

The obvious, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, macaroni, and collard greens. Pumpkin pie, and my mom's homemade banana pudding for dessert. I did 2 turkeys, one traditional, and one smoked. Both were good, but that smoked turkey was probably the best I've eaten. It got gone, like we devoured it, still ate a lot of the other.
