Grab whatever andouille is available at Safeway

Sometimes it is Johnsonville. Today it was Safeway store brand

I really do not worry as much about the andouille as long as I have the good beans and the rice is on point

I throw in a couple smoked ham hocks, enough cayenne to get the wife's attention, and chicken stock instead of water. Crystal Louisiana hot sauce of course

Crystal is the best hot sauce hands down

I was off work today, so that means that I go to the kitchen and see what I can find because I stay in on my day off if I can. So I had some Mac & Cheese and mixed in some veggies...and there you go.

I took my fiancee out to eat at the restaurant i proposed to her at 3 years ago. The Farm at Grace Meadows in Jonesborough, TN. I highly recommend it. We celebrate 4 years together this week so I decided to surprise her by taking her there.
