What did you have for dinner II?

Leftover broccoli casserole and crockpot pork shoulder.

I haven’t made a broccoli casserole in so long that I cannot remember… The 80s? Blanched the chopped fresh broccoli, mixed it with cream of celery soup, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, and topped it with crushed blue corn tortillas and oyster crackers. I blame the cool weather and an especially tight, bluish bundle of organic broccoli. In my mind, broc cass is October to February food.
 
Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and fried squash plate from Ingles. I've never tried their squash, it was absolutely delicious, everything was. It was actually a different Ingles, just outside of commerce going towards Athens. Didn't plan on eating that early, but it looked and smelled so good, guess I was hungry 🤣. We didn't even stop for food, just drinks 🤣.
