Well there is a new Mongolian bowl restaurant in town and so I tried it out tonight and it was really good!! You go through the line and fill the bowl up with everything that you want cooked in your noodles and rice and pick all of your veggies and proteins and then they cook them on the grill. I picked shrimp to cook with my veggies.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted but I’ve got some new culinary toys to play with. A pressure cooker/air fryer combo (has changed my life) lol, and hubs bought a new grill with attached smoker which I am super excited to try out this summer.

Tonight was chicken curry with steamed rice, tzatziki and naan.

I imagine you're too frozen to post!! Hopefully you're doing well out there. I hope to travel through to Idaho by next year sometime. Our favorite part was driving through Wyoming when we went to Idaho last time.

Stop hammering your scrambled eggs. Give this a try:

Melt a 1/2 tablespoon of butter on medium high heat
Once melted poor eggs into pan and immediately drop to low
Lightly fold until done
