I miss Skoby's. Their creamed corn was like ambrosia and I don't even like creamed corn.

It was a very unique place and I was lucky enough to get a job there at 16. It had a great salad bar and that was my job, keeping it stocked.

It was a very unique place and I was lucky enough to get a job there at 16. It had a great salad bar and that was my job, keeping it stocked.

I don't think I got to actually sit down and eat there more than twice. My buddy Dex would bring us take out at the end of his shifts though. We laughed about it at the time because he was working at Skoby's and I was working at Pal's.
