And if I ever made this, I’d probably mix the first four ingredients, give a careful sniff (dat pepper), and then a sniff of the allspice. If it smells interesting, I’d give it a whirl!

Love Hubs forever , but his sense of adventure in cooking only goes so far. I can see how allspice might really send this to another level.
