Not sure where you are, but here in the Tri, most food truck operators I've talked to have a hard time making money. They either need a good semi permanent location or the "truck" is a work up to an actual restaurant.Y’all think I could do well with a taco trailer? I’ve been to most of the food trucks, trailers, and restaurants that make “street tacos” and/or Mexican food, and I’ve not been overly impressed.
Everyone who has eaten my tacos (hundreds of locals) has loved them.
