What did you have for dinner II?

I tried this recipe bc it said that it served one. I don't mind leftovers, but get tired of them after 3 days. Probably would have made 2 servings. I was hongry. Used red Bell and green onions bc that's what I had. Just added the peas after they thawed instead of boiling them w pasta. Very good, quick, easy. Biggest plus: I did not have to go to Kroger!!

You ever go over to Clearwater and eat at Frenchy's? I love that place.
Yes, Frenchy’s is pretty good. I had an out if town visitor who went out and caught some fish. We took the fish to Frenchy’s and they cooked it for us. Delicious.
