What did you have for dinner II?

Monterey chicken,potatoes with parsley,salad

Your post reminded me of my favorite restaurant at Fernandina Beach...Down Under. Aptly named bc it is down under the bridge to Amelia Island. Grouper Monterey: broiled Grouper with caramelized onions, tomato slices, and melted Jack cheese. It's not a difficult dish to make at home. But, it's sooo much better at the beach!
