This. Buddy of mine was making, and posted pictures on Facebook. Told him it looked good, and he sent me the recipe. We all liked it, I'd love to try with cubed deer.

I like venison. It's lean, hence it can be dry. My Uncle CL used to make the best venison sausage!

I am still staying out of the sun (Prednisone), bummer since the temp has been so mild here. So....I cranked tunes and cooked. Listening to ARS while the last load of dishes wash. BF cass for Mom, more squash relish, squash casserole, tater casserole, HB patties. I still don't like the way they fry up in electric skillet. Lawd, wish I had a grill! Oh, deviled eggs. The stuffing is a bit runny, but should stiffen up overnight.

So, I took food around today. Wound up with a ham bone and a $25 gift card to Kroger! Bone's wrapped tight and going in the freezer for now. I've touched so much food that I can't eat any tonight.
