Last night it was Hungarian stuffed cabbage.will it be soup
or another round of haute cuisine?
btw, the big bummer of our old neighborhood were the 3 years at Tyson and the forever bus rides home
My mom and I have started walking everyday, I’ll go pick her up and we drive to a nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Belleair is nice. Also we go to a lot of the nature parks. We have been going about 45 minutes, slowly working up to an hour a day. Since you bike a lot. Any places you would recommend we walk?Yes, I deal with cold much better than heat.
Many people hated their jr high years, but that doesnt touch my bad memories of tyson. Parents thought westwas place to be for HS and I sometimes think that it was because I could walk d to schoolLast night it was Hungarian stuffed cabbage.
Actually, I went to Bearden Jr High from from 76/77-78/79. Tyson had a bad reputation back in mid-60s then. But when I started High school in 1979, I wanted to go to West instead of Bearden. I loved going to West and in hindsight wish I had gone to Tyson instead.
I loved walking up and down those hills on Scenic Dr to get to West. Sometimes there was a train stopped on the track right before you get there and had to carefully climb under or over. A lot of mornings one of the older girls would see me walking and pick me up and drive me the rest of the way. three younger first cousins went to bearden, and the funny thing was most of their kids went to west.
btw, tell Mom she fed you well again last night

Thought that it would be a good idea to edit your postBarramundi from Australia (Costco started selling it, it’s very popular over there)
MY MOM WENT TO COSTCO AND BOUGHT IT.
MY MOM Seared on high heat, MY MOM SERVED IT with a mustard caper yogurt sauce over a MOM cooked oatmeal. MY MOM MADE Salad and corn on the cob.
I JUST SAT THERE AND ATE ANOTHER INCREDIBLE MEAL MY MOM MADE FOR ME.
Your mom is awesome!

@VolNExile, I’ve beef short ribs in the slow cooker loosely based on this recipe. I will serve them with mashed potatoes and green beans.
