What did you have for dinner II?

Chicken cacciatore, made in a deep cast iron skillet

I usually make it in my Staub Dutch oven, which is ceramic over cast iron, but somehow today’s cast iron caramelized and sweetened the ingredients to a level I’ve never tasted in cacciatore. PITA to clean up, buyi think I’ll be making it this way from here on out.
 
Anyone used Freshly? My wife is interested in possibly trying out the four meals per week plan for us for two nights a week.
