What did you have for dinner II?

I've never had fresh WC, only the freezer kind. People get serious about them though. There are corners of the internet that do this when you bring up Krystal...

I remember going to White Castle in Florida with my Dad and we would order a bunch with a cold mug of root beer and they were so good, Great memories of those times.....

Great memories is right.
I grew up in New York City. White Castles were big up there. I’m in Tampa now and only Krystals is here.
I loved those White Castle belly bombers as a kid.

In the seventies when I lived in Knoxville in my early 20's, my friend and I had been out as usual at the local disco's and then afterwards
you have to go get Krystals, and so I dared my friend Melissa to go up and order them as "gut bombs" and she did...lol but
the lady at the counter did not look amused....:p

the only krystal i haunted in knoxville was in the heart of city in the 60s.
when l went away to school in 1968, my post-midnight places were a bakery and what-a-burger; never had heard of what-a-burger and at first thought theplace was called waterburger

OK. So that delicious outer band on a ribeye that melts in your mouth is what you have cut off the roast whole. Got it. That little strip is the only reason I buy ribeyes or prime rib for the grill or dining in.

You should look for Chuck eye steaks. They call it the poor mans ribeye. It’s cheap, not as much anymore, but it’s just a weird shaped steak of pretty much that piece of ribeye. SO good!
