Depending on where you live, yes. A lot of sales are direct from local councils now, although if you know someone, you might still be able to buy from them. I doubt that anyone is doing booth sales (selling outside Kroger’s etc.)

My mamaw has strong feelings about keeping Cool Whip in the freezer for when you don't have heavy whipping cream, to make the real thing...
