What did you have for dinner II?

Never tried it with fish. What were you seasoning it with?
Buddy do yourself a favor and take the family fishing on a trout stream catch some rainbows and bring some butter, sliced onion or green onion, S&P, a sliced lemons. Whatever veggies you like Zucchini and yellow squash and build a big fire and wrap that fish up onions and lemons on the bottom and thin slices on top of the fish wrap it up in HD foil and toss it into some coals wait about 10 mins and enjoy yourself.
Look up any recipe that has "en Papillote " like

which uses parchment paper instead of foil but a neat way cook. Fresh fish works better than frozen though if possible.
