Gotta say, cooked salmon belly is the fish to add to a pizza. That fat content...

The broth is dashi stock, teriyaki pork, edamame, ramen noodles and a boiled egg with some black sesame seeds on top.

Filet last night with scalloped potatoes and asparagus. Some Pappy Van Winkle (aged 15 years) for a night cap. Gave my personal chef the day off for Christmas Eve & Day. Probably just going to keep it casual and go to Chesapeake’s tonight for some lobster tail. Merry Christmas!
