Made my first prime rib with mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and even some potato salad.

We did Christmas brunch with the in-town kids: cinnamon rolls, quiche Lorraine, spinach - sun-dried tomatoes - goat cheese quiche, homemade bread, and bubbly.

Now the two of us are about to have a dialed-back Christmas dinner of roast turkey, sausage-pecan cornbread dressing, and roasted Brussels sprouts, with pecan pie and ice cream for afters. And more bubbly. Urp

We had "fix your own waffles and omelets" when the kids came over this morning, with biscuits and bacon.

I used some of the omelet fixings to make a pizza tonight. First time trying a keto crust.

I think its a good substitute!! The toppings are what I like anyway, but I like the no flour thing.

We ate, how should I say this, stupid good today.

Dinner at the in-laws was a honey ham, potato salad, Mac and cheese, and Hawaiian rolls.

But that was after breakfast at the parents. Spinach quiche, regular scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole, biscuits, coffee, sparkling grape juice, and homemade preserves.

Merry Christmas.

We did lasagna, salad and SIL made homemade sourdough bread. I made the chicken, spinach, mushroom and my MIL made traditional. It was SO good!! Plus mostly made in advance so we had plenty of family time. Chocolate pie and caramel apple cheesecake for dessert. We were blessed!
