What did you have for dinner II?

We buy a box of meats from a local farm here in WNC every month. Tonight we had some andouille sausage that was included. I made dirty rice to go with it. The andouille was so fresh... it was killer! Nothing like organic local meats!
 
The pan in this pic looks dirty to me, not seasoned.

Pretty much every pan we have regardless of being slick, or seasoned, old or new seems to come from same company. Mine that tend to season are doing it splotchy like that. Probably just how the spray oils and stuff take to the pan.

May 16th weekend will be the annual trout fishing trip. There will be some good future what I had for dinner posts.
