I like them. Do you think they were undercooked.
I've had bad food poisoning twice. Undercooked chicken and a egg mcmuffin that tasted odd as soon as I bit into it. The later hit me about 6-8 hours later.

They did not seem so. I suspect the contamination was due to handling after they were cooked. I used to love fried chicken livers. Just cannot stomach them after being so sick.

My family still adheres to the old southern tradition. We had black eye peas seasoned with country ham trimmings left over from Christmas, hog jowl, country fried potatoes, turnip greens, sweet tea and coffee. Apple pie for dessert or later.

Sorry, no pic. It was gone long before I opened this thread.
