What did you have for dinner II?

Outback. Shocked how good the salmon was cooked.

Properly cooked salmon isn't the norm in many busy restaurants. Always a very pleasant surprise when it happens...especially when paired with that glorious cooking ingredient called bacon.

Doctored up another frozen cheese pizza with bits of onion, homegrown peppers, artichoke hearts, and leftover baked chicken. Once again, the key flavoring was a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Dayum!

Memories. When we were younger, even into our teen years, dad was raising a family of 5 for less than $50K at UGA. (Before he got his big assignment). Mom would buy those $.75 Totino's pepperoni pizzas, add onion, tomato, and Velveeta and we'd have a doctored up pizza feast. Also remember having a lot of chip beef and gravy on toast. that must have been cheap too.

chicken smothered in BBQ sauce and grilled, mustard based potato salad, cole slaw, fresh picked peaches & cream corn on the cob, tomatoes/cucumbers on the side & iced tea.

Doctored frozen cheese pizza with homegrown cubanelle peppers, shaved shallots, diced leftover pork cutlet, and a sprinkling of smoked paprika
