*Ground beef, diced onion, celery & green pepper, beef bullion, stewed tomatoes, catsup & mustard cooked in a covered casserole dish, siphoning off the fats 'n' juices, finishing uncovered with a cap of ketchup and slabs of cheddar & jack cheese.
