What did you have for dinner II?

how was it ? better than pan fried/seared ?

I love it. There is no lack of flavor or juice despite not being seared.

Hard for me to say whether it's better than the pan. But nothing beats dropping it in there and not having to touch it until it's ready to eat.

Fresh corn on the cob grilled in the shuck with real butter and pepper to a good caramelization factor. Made with hickory cane corn. Fresh hamburger with minced garlic and fresh grated cinnamon well mixed. with beer infused sour dough bread shaped like buns. with just a touch of Dave's insanity mustard heirloom tomatoes purple lettuce and a little purple cabbage and very sharpe dill pickles. ( And if I was still allowed beer it would have been perfect)!
