What did you have for dinner II?

Sunday we had home-cured ham, sweet Bantam corn and greenbeans (both from our farm). My sweet wife made a fresh blueberry cobbler and I made homemade ice cream to go with it... After a long day of farm chores it was well received.

Later Rednecks...

I had a t-bone, asparagus and salad. Tried the reverse sear method. I think it's overrated. But I will give it a second chance

Italian sausage with onions & peppers, romaine salad with home grown tomatoes, toasted sourdough bread with creme fresh

Fried taters and baked chicken yesterday, and chili from Wendy's today.

What's your recipe. Thanks.

I can't give specifics, but I slow cooked the tenderloin in beef broth with lime juice, cumin, paprika, pepper flake, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Then shred it, let it soak in the juices. I set it up to where there isn't much juice left once you let the shredded pork set in for a few hours. Then I added cilantro and cooked it over a stove to dry out the meat to give it some crispiness. Sautéed onions, bell pepper, jalapeños and a poblano.
