That sounds interesting with pork. I've had it with chicken, but never tried the pork.I will give you the win this round. It was OK....but it was super easy. Plus I used ground chicken & pork instead of beef.
My typical chili has a million ingredients and costs a lot to make. This was browning the meats with chopped onion, adding a few spices, and dumping a bunch of cans into a pot.
