Mom's heat pump is out and guy can't get there until Wednesday. Hot days ahead. So, they aren't using the oven. I made stuff they can reheat in microwave/toaster oven. Made the turkey rolls w lunchmeat, Swiss, and leftover shrimp dipping sauce. Put a little horseradish into it. That made me think that dressing (I had a chunk of cornbread in freezer,) peas, and cranberry sauce would be good, too. I should have made gravy. Thanksgiving in June!
It was plenty tasty. There's just part of me that twitches when I make something pulled and add bbq sauce without making it on the grill. It feels like cheating. Lol
I prefer collards. Hands down. Mom likes turnip greens, so sometimes I have to compromise. Knew a lady that used to wash massive batches of greens in her dishwasher. It works!

Collards, collards, collards. I can eat turnip greens if the root is chopped up into them. I ate some leftover casserole earlier and will fill up on peanuts at the ballpark later.
