Okay, I ate Thanksgiving food across multiple homes today…..but no true “dinner” so just now I hit the fridge and to my dismay…..nothing but holiday leftovers.

Couldn’t do that again today and tomorrow is our typical “grocery store day” so I had to get creative.

Fritos + melted cheddar cheese + guacamole + salsa topped with bacon bits.

Actually turned out pretty awesome and reminded me of something I’d have fixed in my teens in the middle of the night haha

Dinner can't be done much better than an herb roasted turkey with extra crispy skin... especially when someone else went to the trouble of fixing it. Why don't we have this Thanksgiving thing every month? I wouldn't get tired of it.

you are sooo right @VolNExile.....but they must have found them because we have been so busy yesterday and already
today, yesterday I sold 2 dining room suites a bedroom suit, 2 mattresses, a sofa and 2 recliners and today already
3 sets of bedding and a living room suit, and an ottoman so we are going to be busy.....

Who has eaten at Texas Roadhouse. I ate at one maybe 10 years ago. There's a new one here in town. We've been twice. Had the Sirloin both times. Excellent. We don't really eat chain steaks much anymore. Most are not worth what you pay. I may venture into one of the other menu items next time we re-visit TRH.

You can’t go wrong with the sirloin at TRH.
Get a salad and a baked potato, you can eat the entire meal at a reasonable price.
