Here you go. Ideally, if you lose your 1/2 cup measuring cup, you’ll go get another set, instead of measuring everything out as 1/3 cup instead and then having to fake it back up, ahem.

I substituted 1/2 lb of fresh cremini mushrooms for canned mushrooms (ick), and this time I used whole wheat pasta, which of course made this into health food, rather than something that will pay for your cardiologist’s kids college education. I also used Trader Joe’s organic free range chicken stock, which actually tastes like something (chicken!), as opposed to the the canned stuff.

PS: the sherry really puts it over the top, and the alcohol does cook off, leaving that wonderful nutty taste. Go easy on the cayenne, tasting as you go, as it will get really fiery really fast. I’m generous with the nutmeg though.

I think the only thing the same in my recipe is the turkey, noodles, and fresh mushrooms. Lol
