Made dinner for the fireman at the station tonight before training class. Sous Vide pork Loin with brown sugar rub and threw it on the grill to caramelize sliced it and covered with an apple juice, honey, whiskey sauce. Baby limas , Yams, cornbread and Peach Cobbler for dessert.
Not sure if I was a good boy or bad boy tonight, probably a push... We had a big salad with a little Asian vinaigrette dressing and chased it down with a fried shrimp po boy with siracha mayo lol. Both were dang good!
