What did you have for dinner II?

Beef stroganoff... I had ~2 lbs of excellent sirloin left over from a Costco run, so I cut it up and added garlic, onion, and cooked it up nicely. Then added Golden Mushroom soup (several cans), sour cream (entire container), and seasoned with 4 type of Paprika, salt, pepper. Let that simmer and then prepared a pot pot of German egg noodles. Served up by smothering the noodles with the meat sauce. Sooooo, good.

As Jimmy Dean says, when you finish you know you had something to eat!

That sounds tooo good!!!
Does it take longer for the beef ribs to get tender (ie do you put them on first?)
What kind of smoker do you use?
Thx

I have a Barrell House Smoker 14D. Hang them. Both ribs take about the same time. Usually do 2 beef and 1 pork. Total time to fall off the bone is normally 2 1/2 hours. Put both on same time. My son pulls them half way thru and doctors them up with honey, brown sugar, and butter, wraps in foil and puts back on till finished. Then he will baste them and rehang for a few minutes to thicken over.

Meant to take a pic yesterday and post before it got sliced up. But, 4th cookout...Burgers and dogs, serious baked beans, and the best tater salad recipe on earth, with the best ever banana pudding for desert. Then for a snack afterwards, my son smoked beef and pork ribs. He is an amazing 16 year old master of the smoker.
