Made pheasant enchiladas with green sauce and ranchero beans. I called my friend who is Hispanic and asked him how you say pheasant in Spanish. So according to him we made enchilaaaaaaaaaaadas faisan e chile verde.

IMO and that of my friends, call everybody that speaks Spanish "Mexican". Several are from Puerto Rico, a couple from Cuba, one from Honduras and one of my close friends is actually from Mexico City so in his case it works LOL. We insult each other all the time and my personal favorite insult for Hispanic, black, and oriental friends is all yall look the same.... My college roommate who is black and a retired LT COL in the army used to say all you fat redneck boys sound the same. YALL wheeze a lot when yall run.
