What did you have for dinner II?

It's a favorite around here.
So, the daughter and youngest grandson come for a brief visit. Grandson wants Korean fried chicken. I suggest a couple of highly rated places near my home. No, the daughter wants to indulge her own craving for japche with pork. She picks out a place one town over. I’m game because it’s a fusion place that has tonkatsu on the menu. Alas, though it still appears on the menu, they stopped serving it. 😒

Only old people eat Lima beans
I’ve been eating Lima beans, butter beans, butter peas since I was a kid. Also Seminole peas, crowder peas, and white acre peas. Black-eyed peas, pinto beans, black beans, navy beans, red beans, kidney beans (red, pink, and white), cranberry beans, and lentils.

AI. Nice try
Okay....busted. Not much of a cellphone user. No idea how to add a phone pic to a post. It's an allrecipe pic, but it's what I made tonight. Only in my recipe, I used white cannellini beans, beef broth and added seared beef sausage. Served the dish over cornbread. Sheese....tough crowd tonight.
