What did you have for dinner II?

Roast pork loin, steamed cauliflower with cheese sauce, peas & carrots (I cooked the missus' desired fare).

Last night, a homemade "Reuben," only I subbed an aged white cheddar for the Swiss, Durkee's Famous Sauce for the Russian Dressing, and multigrain sourdough for the rye. OK, maybe the only Reubenesque thing about it was the overstuffed corned beef and the sauerkraut, but it was tasty. Served with sea salt & black pepper kettle cooked tater chips.

Will put this here... coffee, the best I have had.

Kona Peaberry. Single bean per pod (normally there are 2 beans in a pod). Ordered 5 lbs a month ago, and absolutely love the flavor, and the bag is down to 2 lbs or less and getting ready to place another order.

If you are a coffee nut... try this one. Koa Coffee Plantation (online).

Trader Joe's featured New Mexico Pinon - another single bean per pod coffee. Medium roast. The missus and I both enjoyed it. It's not volcanic soil Kona coffee, but, it's good.

Nachos Tuesday, and rotisserie chicken and macaroni last night.

Late start for supper... got the idea to stop by Costco for a prime anything, they were closed. Default was local grocery store for a NY Strip... grilled steak and asparagus smothered with 20 or more cloves of garlic/butter that were grilled.

Sign out there says 10 more days to spring... still a foot of snow laying on the ground, but that will go fast and then the RecTec gets back in the game.... brisket will be the first!
