What did you have for dinner II?

The soundtrack, of course, was great and Kingsley Ben-Adir‘s performance as Bob Marley was excellent.
The movie overall though was disappointing. I thought that I really did not learn anything new about Marley. Another thing, subtitles would have been helpful as the Jamaican accent was a bit difficult to understand.

I find most biography movies a bit lame and full of cliches and this one was no exception
Thanks for letting me know. I was hoping to learn more about him. I still want to see it anyway.
 
We bought a 14#+ brisket at Costco a while back. Thawed it all day long yesterday, found that it wouldn’t fit on the Weber smoker today. 🤣

Hubs carved off 3# of excess (unnecessary) fat, split the meat into the flat brisket, which is in the oven as Jewish brisket, and is smoking the round brisket with Haywood (WNC) brisket rub. I can’t decide if the backyard or kitchen smells better!

Just smoked two racks of ribs, some chicken, baked beans, and homemade macaroni. Man, this is good eating.
Man,that sounds like my kind of meal. 😋 I had cheesy hashbrown hamburger helper. I can't wait for the two meals I've having tomorrow by two wonderful cooks. My mother and fiancees mother. I'm going to have to make some room 😆
